User Terms & Acceptable Use
These rules apply to individual Office and employee/field accounts. The subscribing company is responsible for its business subscription and determines the employment/work purpose for most records.
Account security
- Use only your own account and do not share passwords, authenticator codes or recovery access.
- Follow MFA requirements applied to your role/company.
- Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Accurate and legitimate use
- Use Weekli only for legitimate work purposes authorised by your organisation.
- Enter records honestly and do not falsify timesheets, signatures, photographs, inspections, acknowledgements or approvals.
- Only sign or acknowledge records you are authorised to sign and have actually reviewed.
Privacy and sensitive information
Do not enter unnecessary medical diagnoses or other sensitive information into general free-text fields. Follow your employer/customer's privacy and absence procedures. Acknowledging the Weekli Privacy Notice is not blanket consent to your employer's processing of employment data.
Prohibited activity
- Do not bypass access/tenant controls, probe accounts/data you are not authorised to access, scrape the service, introduce malicious code or interfere with availability.
- Do not upload content you or your organisation has no right to process.
Monitoring and support
Authorised Office, Super Admin and support activity may be logged/audited to operate and secure the service. Weekli support access should be limited and audited.
Software limitations
Weekli does not replace legal, payroll, tax, engineering, scaffolding, employment or safety judgement. Automated calculations and generated records must be checked where appropriate.
Suspension
Access may be suspended/deactivated where your organisation removes access, the customer subscription is paused, a security requirement is not met or these rules are materially breached.
